Dear Friends,
From the week commencing on 10th June until mid July, a group of LP4Y volunteers will be hosting dinners or garden parties in support of professional training centers for young women in Bangladesh.
In particular, we will be raising funds for the Green Village, located in a rural area in the north of Bangladesh, hosting a 3-month residential programme focussed on entrepreneurship. It opened earlier this year and will be hosting activities focusing on fighting climate change and awareness of youth inclusion delivered by the young women participating in the programme. The Green Village will include a restaurant, a digital training centre and the Sustainable Development and Event Management Centre.
